360 RAIN is an autonomous, diesel powered/electric drive machine that connects to a water source through a 3" hose providing up to 0.5" of water per pass. It can cover 200 acres with up to 3,000 feet of hose. 360 RAIN is operated through cellular and dedicated RTK networks. Moving through your field following paths created by your planter pass, it provides complete coverage of irregularly shaped fields --- anywhere the planter goes, 360 RAIN can follow. The vertical hose reel uses advanced sensor systems to lay hose as it moves along a backbone path away from the well or hydrant and then picks up the hose as it moves back towards the water source. A manifold on the machine distributes the water and nutrients along the boom to drops that lay the water/nutrients in a 15" band, directly over the root zone. Banding water over the root zone eliminates evaporation common in pivot irrigation systems. While not eliminating the need for screening, a manure manifold uses an impeller to reduce plugging risks from solids, bedding and foreign objects. |
Whether it’s a dry year or you're fine-tuning nutrient timing, 360 RAIN gives you the control to apply what your crop needs, when it needs it – water, nutrients, manure, or all three – with fewer passes, less labor, and more efficient input utilization.
- Water Source: Connect to a well, lagoon, or reservoir delivering 200-250 GPM.
- Water Pressure: 115 PSI at the well or hydrant
- Power Requirements: The base station, located near the edge of the field, requires 110V AC. The 360 RAIN package includes an electrical panel that is pre-wired to power the GPS and cellular network as well as inputs for up to four pressure or flow sensors and up to eight relays for wells, booster pumps and injector pumps.
- Injection System (optional): Install the 360 Injection Skid for nutrient or manure application.
- Path Planning: 360 RAIN path creation starts by recording the planter pass using the 360 RAIN planter tower kit.
Programed to follow paths around obstacles, 360 RAIN can cover any field shape - including the corners where center pivots can’t reach. A dedicated GPS and cellular communication system is included and allows the 360 RAIN unit to autonomously navigate through fields following paths created by your planter pass. The GPS receiver on the 360 RAIN machine communicates with a base station near the edge of the field. The same GPS receiver is mounted on the planter and is used to record planter paths. These paths are then transferred to the 360 RAIN machine and used as the autonomous watering paths. Cellular communication is used to provide a connection back to the 360 RAIN mobile app.
360 RAIN is connected to the Field Riser via a 3,000-ft, 3-inch hose. It can draw from a variety of sources, including direct well connection, pipeline-fed risers, or surface water. A vertical reel lays out and retrieves the hose as the machine moves — covering up to 200 acres per system. Through a group of sensors, the dispenser measures ground speed, reel speed and turn radius to dispense or retrieve hose without allowing the hose to be pushed or pulled. Its diesel-electric drive uses only ½ gallon of fuel per hour, enabling up to 600 hours of run time on a single fill.
Water is applied through a boom using either Y-DROP or flat-fan style hoses, with drop options tailored to your crop – use Y-DROP for row crops like corn and soybeans, flat-fan for solid-seeded crops like small grains or alfalfa, or custom drops for specialty crops like potatoes and onions. 360 RAIN operates efficiently with an average flow rate of 150–200 gallons per minute. As the machine moves down the field, a vertical hose reel with advanced sensors lays out hose along a backbone path and then retrieves it on the return pass. A manifold distributes water and nutrients to each drop, applying them in a 15-inch band directly over the root zone, significantly reducing evaporation compared to pivots and traveling guns.
Designed to provide precise application control of water, fertilizer, and manure, the 360 Injection Skid pairs perfectly with 360 RAIN. The 360 Injection Skid consists of a combination of advanced pumping technology and controls. With variable frequency drive (VFD) technology, users can adjust the pump speed to meet specific application needs, optimizing liquid usage and efficiency. Multiple voltage options make the 360 Injection Skid adaptable to diverse operational conditions around the world.
Operate and monitor the system via the 360 RAIN app for iPhone and iPad. Adjust speed, application rate, and timing remotely with real-time visibility into every pass. Through the app, users can adjust settings for water, manure and nutrient delivery, track the system’s performance, and receive alerts for maintenance or operation issues. The app also provides real-time data on the amount of nutrients and water being applied, allowing farmers to make data-driven decisions that improve efficiency and sustainability.

Autonomous Irrigation Adapted To
WATER APPLICATION
When the rain doesn’t come when you need it your crop pays the price. And traditional irrigation methods often waste water, fail to deliver moisture to the root zone, and struggle with full-field coverage. 360 RAIN is an adaptive irrigation machine that autonomously delivers water either banded or broadcast across your entire field, even in irregular shapes. With 360 RAIN, you irrigate on your terms.
NUTRIENT APPLICATION
Broadcast nutrient applications often miss the mark by wasting inputs and limiting uptake and traditional application windows don't always allow those nutrients to be available when plants need them most. 360 RAIN delivers nutrients directly to the root zone with banded, in-season applications of nitrogen, boron, sulfur, or even manure. When paired with the optional 360 Injection Skid, you maximize uptake with fewer passes and less waste.
HOG MANURE APPLICATION
Managing pit levels and manure storage in hog operations can be a logistical headache. 360 RAIN puts you in control by applying liquid manure during the growing season, right at the root zone where the crop needs it. With 360 RAIN, you free up pit space, have fewer fall applications, and turn manure into a powerful on-farm nutrient for an in-season yield booster.
DAIRY MANURE APPLICATION
Manure management in dairy operations is costly, time-consuming, and often out of sync with crop needs. 360 RAIN transforms that burden to benefit by applying liquid manure in-season, directly to the growing crop—right at the root zone. No waiting for fall. Just efficient, targeted application of your most valuable nutrient source. With 360 RAIN, you turn waste into yield while boosting silage and forage tonnage, reducing storage pressure, and improving sustainability with every pass.
DIGESTATE APPLICATION
Digestate is rich in nutrients, but managing and applying it effectively can be challenging.
360 RAIN makes it simple by delivering digestate in-season, directly to the base of the growing crop in low-volume bands. No runoff. No burn. No wasted value. With 360 RAIN, you unlock the full potential of digestate. It’s a smarter, cleaner, and more sustainable way to farm.
SPECIALTY CROPS
High-value specialty crops demand precision. 360 RAIN spoon-feeds water, nutrients, and even manure directly to the crop when and where it's needed most. Multiple drop styles allow you to match delivery style to your crop. That means less waste, better plant health, and more profit from every acre. With 360 RAIN, you get the precision and flexibility to meet premium quality standards while making every input count.
